The Free plan is perfect for getting started. You get 10 submissions per month, can create up to 3 assessments, and have access to all question types and basic AI insights. No credit card required. You can upgrade to Pro anytime when you need more submissions or team members.
If you exceed your 100 monthly submissions on the Pro plan, you have two options: upgrade to Enterprise for unlimited submissions, or purchase additional submissions at $0.50 each. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit so you're never caught off guard.
Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. When upgrading, changes take effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading or canceling, changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you'll continue to have access until then.
Enterprise pricing is tailored to your specific needs and typically includes unlimited submissions and team members, custom AI models trained on your data, API access, custom integrations with your ATS/HRIS, white-label branding, dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
