AI scoring for candidate answers
Each answer gets a score from 0 to 100 and the reason, written beside it. Nobody is rejected automatically: you decide.

A customer was promised a feature for March, and it is late. Write your first reply.
Hi Marina, you are right to be annoyed. We said that feature would be there in March and it is not. I am not giving you a new date today, because the last one was wrong and a second wrong date is worse than none. By Thursday I will tell you where it actually stands and what we can put in place meanwhile.
AI feedback
Answers the question asked and gives a reason for each step. Names the cost of getting it wrong, which most answers leave out. Does not say what happens if the new date slips too.
- 2AI credits to score one submission
- 100AI credits a month on Starter

Why teams use AI scoring
Each benefit comes from the score and the reason sitting next to the answer.
Read the strongest answers first
Answers arrive scored, so you open them in score order and spend your time on the ones that earned it.
Explain a decision without replaying it
Each score has its reason written beside it, so a hiring manager who was not there can see why.
Compare candidates on the same terms
Everyone answers the same questions and is scored against the same criteria, so three reviewers read one standard.
Reading by hand, and reading scored answers
What happens to forty answers between arrival and shortlist.
By hand
- 1Open every answer in order
- 2Watch every recording
- 3Form an impression
- 4Try to remember it a week later
With AI scoring
- 1Answers arrive transcribed and scored
- 2Read the reasons, in score order
- 3Accept or reject, with your notes
The score orders your reading. It removes nobody, and the full answer is always one click away.
AI scoring with the reason
Included from Starter
Every answer is scored from 0 to 100 against what the question asked, and the reason is written beside the score. Spoken answers are transcribed first. You open a candidate and read the work with a reading of it, instead of a folder of recordings.
The score orders your reading and removes nobody. You accept or reject each submission yourself, and the full answer, not a paraphrase of it, is always one click away.
Analytics
Included from Business
How a role performs across everyone who took it: which question separates candidates and which one everybody passes, where people abandon the assessment, and how long it really takes compared to what you told them.
A question everybody gets right is not measuring anything. That is the most useful thing this reports, because it is the one you cannot see from inside a single submission.
Code review
Included from Pro
Code questions run. You see the output, whether it passed, and the code itself, which matters because two solutions that both return the right answer can be very different pieces of work.
Execution is metered past the plan allowance, at the rate on the pricing page. The reading of the code is part of the AI scoring rather than a separate thing to buy.
Questions about AI scoring
Does the AI reject anyone?
No. It scores each answer and writes the reason. You accept or reject the submission yourself. Nobody is passed or rejected automatically.
Can I disagree with a score?
Yes. The score is a reading, not a decision. Give the submission your own grade, write a note, and accept or reject it. Notes are saved with the name of who wrote them.
What is an AI credit?
The unit AI scoring and the assessment generator use. Scoring one submission takes the credits shown under the headline. Paid plans include a monthly allowance, and extra credits are priced on the pricing page.
Is video scored, or only transcribed?
Both. The recording is transcribed, the transcript is scored with the reason written out, and the recording stays available for the tone and pauses text does not carry.
Does the scoring see the candidate name?
No. Each answer is scored against its question without the candidate name. You see both, so you can compare answers side by side.
