Create assessment

For growing businesses

Skills tests for growing teams.

Everyone reads the same answers, scored against the same criteria. Each person gets a role, so viewers read results without editing the test.

What it replaces

Each interviewer screening their own way, and the same role with one assessment and one set of criteria.

Each interviewer their own way

  1. Each person screens differently
  2. Three calls, three sets of notes
  3. A meeting to compare impressions
  4. A decision nobody can trace
  5. The standard drifts again

One assessment for everyone

  1. Agree the criteria once
  2. Send the same assessment to everyone
  3. Compare scored answers side by side
  4. Decide, with the reason on record

What the team still disagrees about is a specific answer, with the criteria in front of everyone.

How it works for a hiring team

Agree the standard once, send the same assessment to everyone, then compare the answers side by side.

  1. 1

Agree the criteria before the role opens

For each question, write what a good answer does. Every reviewer and every candidate is measured against the same list.

A customer cancels and you have 15 minutes with them. What is your priority?

    A good answer

    • Finds out why and when the customer decided
    • Uses a concrete case from experience
    • Says what the team should do next
  2. 2

Send the same assessment to every candidate

Share one link or send email invites from the dashboard. Every candidate answers the same questions, whoever reviews them that week.

  3. 3

Compare scored answers side by side

Each answer has a score and the reason. The team meeting starts from what candidates wrote, not from whose call went better.

Why growing teams use it

What gets harder when several people hire, and what in the product handles it.

  • What you say: Three of us interviewed and came back with three different favourites.

What changes: Everyone reads the same answers, scored against criteria you agreed. The meeting starts from the answers, not from three separate impressions.

  • What you say: Someone changed the assessment halfway through the round.

What changes: Only admins and editors can change an assessment. Viewers read answers and scores, and the database enforces it, not only the screen.

  • What you say: Nobody can say who reviewed which candidate.

What changes: Reviewers leave notes on each submission, and every note carries its author, so a decision has a name beside it.

  • What you say: Candidates should see our process, not a vendor form.

What changes: Your logo and colours go on the assessment the candidate opens. Branding is included on the plans at this size.

A hiring pipeline the whole team follows

A position holds several assessments in a fixed order. Every candidate goes through the same steps, whoever on the team is reviewing.

Common questions

Did not find your question? Write to us

  • Does every reviewer need a seat?

Yes. Everyone who signs in to the account uses a seat, whatever their role. Candidates never need one, and extra seats are priced per month on the pricing page.

  • What happens when the team disagrees on a score?

You discuss one answer to one question, with the criteria on screen. A person sets the status and grade, and nobody is passed or rejected automatically.

  • Can the assessment carry our brand?

Yes. On the plans at this size your logo and colours go on the assessment the candidate opens, so the invitation and the test look like yours.

  • What if we go past the included answers?

Answers past the monthly allowance are billed per answer at the rate on the pricing page. You are not forced onto a bigger plan, and the pricing page compares both options.
